ISU Space Cafe started in Washington, DC in 2011 and expanded to Tokyo, Japan in 2016. We are happy to help new locations get started!

Purpose

ISU Space Cafe DC aims to be a bridge of disciplines to help educate the public and space professionals about the amazing projects going on in our industry in astronomy, policy, engineering, and science. All who have an interest in space are welcome.

Location

The DC Space Cafes typically take place on the second Tuesday of every month and begin at 7pm.  The Space Cafes are hosted by the Cotton & Reed, located at 1330 5th Street, NE, Washington, DC. Events are free; please support the venue by purchasing a drink.
